Meet Pepper
Helping people grow is work I love.

years leading teams
within a Fortune 50 company
Experience I bring
My experience includes serving as Executive Director of Talent Development and Creative Services, with a career focused on helping people learn, preparing leaders, and applying organizational psychology.
Something I learned
Seeing the effort,
too.
Leading teams has taught me to ask how my own habits affect the people around me.
Earlier in my career, someone on my team challenged me about whether I was ever satisfied. I thought I was asking people to do their best. He helped me see how constantly pointing out what could be better made their effort feel invisible.
That was feedback I needed. I had to get better at recognizing what people contributed, along with what still needed work. I bring that willingness to look again into my work with clients.
Making learning useful
Embed learning into every day
I’ve designed supervisor training, operations onboarding programs, instructor networks, and learning resources across several formats.
That work keeps me asking:
How will this help the business?
What does someone need to enhance their contribution?
Where will they use it?
Those experiences shape my coaching and workshops, too. If you want to develop someone on your team, let’s look at the work and explore what they could learn by taking the lead.
